Development and Marketing Specialist desired at Five Talents’ partner, the Ecumenical Church Loan Fund, in Lima, Peru. Assist with the organization’s expansion to reach more people through economic and spiritual development by creating strategic development and marketing plans. Develop the organization’s compelling message and prepare proposals to find additional sustainable sources of funding. Spanish language ability helpful.

Business Skills Counselor and Trainer (Tanzania)
Business Skills Counselor and Trainer desired at Five Talents’ partner, the Mama Bahati Foundation, in Iringa, Tanzania. Work with staff in the rural and urban areas of Iringa to develop training methods and curriculum to promote entrepreneurship. Work one-on-one with clients to improve strategic business skills management and train staff on the technical skills of advising clients.
