Dale Stanton-Hoyle
Senior Advisor

Dale at a savings group meeting in Burundi.

Dale has been involved in international development for over 30 years. With a background in management and mechanical engineering, his work has focused on energy efficiency and water management in some of the world’s least developed countries. Following five years of mission work with hospitals and schools in the Congo, Dale has remained committed to helping communities develop and use their resources for good.

While successfully managing and expanding engineering programs in the US and abroad, including growing one company from eight to 2,700 staff, Dale has served on four nonprofit Boards, developing strategic plans and helping to secure grants and funding.

Dale speaks openly about his Christian faith and his motivation for serving the vulnerable poor. He is a longtime member of Clifton Presbyterian Church, where he is a Sunday School teacher and youth leader and sings bass in the choir. Over the past two decades he has traveled several times a year to support ministry in Mexico, Congo and Haiti.
