I’m in South Carolina right now visiting a college friend, her husband and their 3-year-old son. Being able to watch her in this mom role has been a joy. As I’m typing this, she is holding her son while ebbing back and forth between singing his favorite Paw Patrol jingle and talking through the marketing proposal she is pitching to a potential client. She started her own public relations business last year to add more flexibility to the family’s schedule and also enable her to pursue her passions. She is one of those friends who inspires me in so many ways. Her entrepreneurial spirit. Her creativity. Her insane ability to multitask. I could go on.

Who is an inspirational woman in your life? I feel so privileged to work for an organization that fosters the talents and passions of men and women. We hear so many stories from the field about mothers, grandmas, sisters, daughters who have overcome immense challenges to give their families a better life.
