We are pleased to welcome Irene Nyambura, Five Talents' Program Advisor for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to the U.S. for a special event highlighting our Savings Group program in DRC. Five Talents launched its DRC program in 2018 in Aru — in the northeast part of the country — offering training in literacy, numeracy, saving, business, trauma healing, and gender-based violence prevention.
Our September gathering will offer a closer look at how local communities are building resilience and creating new opportunities through financial literacy and social empowerment.
