Tanzania Mothers' Union Country Coordinator

Canon Dr. Margareth Aidan Ndonde is a Community Development Coordinator and International Trainer in Development Issues, working with Five Talents and the Mothers’ Union. She is inspired by values of unity, love, and compassion, and by the shared vision of seeing lives transformed both spiritually and physically.

With eight years of experience, Margareth has trained church and community leaders in mobilization, group formation, management, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding, family issues, and Savings Groups. What she loves most about her work is seeing individuals, families, churches, and whole communities move from hardship toward a better life—holistically, across physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
