Nyambati Catherine Chepkorir is the Program Coordinator of the Upper Southern Nyanza Community Development Trust (USN-CDT), Five Talents’ partner program in Kenya. With 10 years of experience in community development, Catherine has focused on financial inclusion, Savings Groups, and capacity building – mentoring young women and youth, supporting community initiatives, and strengthening social cohesion.

Catherine is passionate about empowering communities to grow through collective effort and is inspired by seeing people who once struggled, now thrive, support one another, and create opportunities that uplift entire households, progress that she feels makes her work deeply fulfilling.
