Robert Maina is the Project Coordinator for Taita Taveta, within Five Talents’ partner program in the Tsavo Conservation Area, Kenya. With more than 10 years of experience across development and finance, Robert leads a team dedicated to strengthening financial literacy and enterprise development. He is passionate about tackling the systemic roots of poverty by restoring dignity alongside opportunity. One of the moments that inspires him most is seeing a member who once struggled now confidently planning to expand a small poultry business – proof, he says, that the program builds self-reliance, not dependence.
