Kenya, Butere CDT

Wilfred Nandwa is the Program Coordinator for Butere Community Development Trust (BUCODET), a Five Talents’ partner in Western Kenya. With a background in entrepreneurship and accounting, and two years of experience working with Savings Groups, Wilfred is motivated by the tangible impact of the Five Talents model. He is inspired by seeing individuals grow in confidence and self-reliance as they take charge of their own development. What excites him most is watching local ownership and collective effort drive sustainable economic growth within the community.
